The Key to Micro Video Transmission: Opticomm Announces the MMV-110 Micro System San Diego, CA., April 9, 2001 - Opticomm Corp.'s MMV-110 Micro system is a one-of-a kind solution in the optical industry for transmitting an AM into IM modulation 1Video channel source, mounted on the back of the camera for broadcast TV applications, including media field gathering. The input is coaxial BNC straight to the camera and ST fiber connector to a remote MMV-110/RCV receiver. The product is an LED or Laser baseband system with enough budget loss to extend Video transmission up to 24Km in one run fiber with no repeaters. This flexibility allows local area network communication between buildings in the range of 05-24km distance. Applications are intended for the Commercial sector and the Government sector. In the commercial field, the MMV-110 Micro system is used for security surveillance fiber network systems.
