GENERAL

The Opticomm special ergonomic CC-12-100W is a ruggedized aluminum housing designed to accept many of our fiber optic DVX-5000 & 6000 series interface cards.

SYSTEM DESIGN

The 19" rack mount enclosure has 12 slots with 1PS or 10 slots with 2PS (redundant), allowing for greater flexibility and future expansion. The unit can sit on a flat surface as a stand alone unit, or can be surface/cabinet mounted with the mounting holes/flanges provided.

The CC-12-100W is a standard rack mountable card cage with durable heavy ears for hand carrying and mounting. Multiple enclosures can be daisy chained together using external ribbon cable in a cascade fashion. Each rack operates with an appropriate power supply. This is a switching power supply that is not only regulated, but has several in/out short circuit protections, as well as an input operating voltage of 87-264 VAC.
