8 Channel Micro Data Multiplexer For RS-232 Async Or Sync

The DMX-781 Micro is a full duplex fiber optic data link capable of transmitting between 4 and 8 channels of Async/Sync RS-232 Data with control or with no control at a rate of up to 38.4Kbps per channel. Order in banks of four. LED indicators are provided for PWR, and a TX and RX for each individual channel.

System Design

Since all of the electrical interfaces are modular, they are more flexible and can be field-upgraded at any time. All units come in a Stand Alone cable version, which requires a 12VDC power supply adapter. Also available DMX-781 standard product in Stand Alone or in an Insert Card version, which will fit into our 10 slot card cage (CC-10). A power redundancy option is also available for the CC-10, to eliminate unnecessary downtime.
